Head Chef

We are recruiting for a Full Time position as a Head Chef in one of our establishments in a North Dublin City location.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate.


The main responsibilities for this role are to produce a variety of food dishes to the highest standards of preparation, production and presentation, management of stock, ensuring all required record documents are kept up to date, management of kitchen roster's and working to recipes under the direction of Management.



Specific Requirements include;

· To produce high quality food.

· Practice good health and safety and HACCP.

· Be able to work under pressure and work as part of a team.

· Fluency in spoken English essential.

· Ideally 2-3 years' experience working in a relevant role.



This is a full time position with flexible hours determined by a weekly rota.

Experienced Restaurant/Bar Supervisor

We are seeking an Experienced Restaurant/Bar Supervisor to join our team in one of our Spainish wine and tapas sites in Dublin city centre.
The ideal candidate should have a dynamic personality, strong motivational staff management skills and customer service experience, ideally in a restaurant or bar, with a good knowledge of food and wine. We are looking for a driven individual that can work to their own initiative with a good up to date knowledge of business trends within the service industry.

Excellent communication skills, presentation and attention to detail are required.
