Specific Requirements include:
· To produce high quality food.
· Practice good health and safety and HACCP.
· Be able to work under pressure and work as part of a team.
· Fluency in spoken English essential.
· Ideally 2-3 years' experience working as a Chef.
This is a full time position with flexible hours determined by a weekly rota.

We are seeking an Experienced Restaurant/Bar Supervisor to join our team in one of our Spainish wine and tapas sites in
Dublin city centre.
The ideal candidate should have a dynamic personality, strong motivational staff management skills and customer service
experience, ideally in a restaurant or bar, with a good knowledge of food and wine. We are looking for a driven individual
that can work to their own initiative with a good up to date knowledge of business trends within the service industry.
Excellent communication skills, presentation and attention to detail are required.
